Welcome to the STEAM Class Webpage!

This page provides information and resources about STEAM, as well as what the student's at Gold Hill are accomplishing in STEAM.

Each grade level will be working on a specific design challenge: a problem where students will be engineers, using critical thinking to construct a solution. The design challenges are lined up with what the students are learning in the classroom, and are all age appropriate. Each one will also highlight a different career in the STEAM field, from the various types of engineers to scientists.

Check back often: I will be blogging on the different design challenges the classes are working on, as well as posting pictures from each grade level. I will also have information on different STEAM events happening around the school, including the STEAM showcase night, STEAM week at GHES, and the Robotics Club.
