1. Open PowerTeacher HERE

2. Choose the Student Information Icon for the course (see image at the top of this page).

3. Click on a student's name in the sidebar.

4. From the Select Screens dropdown on the right choose Demographics.

5. To access parent/guardian information directly click on the Contacts icon beside the word Demographics

Note: ASN is located at the in the green bar at the top of the screen.

4. From the Select Screens dropdown on the right choose Contacts.

4. Choose the Documents Tab (You can also access from the Select Screens dropdown)

5. Click on the blue hyperlinked document to view.

** Documents prior to Sept 2020 were uploaded in batches.  You may need to scroll through to find information you are looking for.  Information post Sept 2020 will be labelled with the document type/name.  

***Using PowerSchool to access CUM file documents in PASI does not allow for download or print.  If you would like to download/print you can access the documents through CLASI.  Instructions can be found HERE.
