Creating An Email List From A Class
Click on the Email List icon for the class.
In the window that opens, the following email address types may be available:
Student Email Addresses (FMPSD student email addresses)
Parent Portal Email Addresses (email addresses linked to Parent Portal access accounts associated with the student)
Contacts with Custody Email Addresses (email addresses of contacts who have Custody selected on the contacts management page)
Select the email addresses you would like to include.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click copy.
Paste email addresses into the BCC field of a new email message.
NOTE: Because PowerSchool allows unlimited contacts per student,
parent/guardian email information may be stored in more than one location. When emailing families, it is recommended that messages be sent to both Parent Portal and Contacts with Custody email addresses to ensure appropriate contacts receive communication.
