This fee covers: "Get together" 22nd party, "Wine tasting" 23rd, coffee breaks and lunch during the conference, conference bag and book of abstract (on USB key), 2,5 day scientific programme.

The fee DOESN'T include the price for conference dinner - this event can be booked separately (€ 60).

CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your registration, the Conference Secretariat must be informed by fax or by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions will be applied:
Notification received by 18th October total refund (handling fee: euro 20,00).
Notification received after 19th October no refund.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.

PAYMENT

Please note that payment of the fee must be completed within 30 days from the date of completion of the registration form.
