The Edmund Mach Foundation promotes and carries out education and training, scientific research, and experimental activities as well as providing technical assistance and extensions services to companies in the agri-food and environmental areas. The Edmund Mach Foundation pursues the objectives and activities of the Istituto Agrario, founded in 1874 by the Tyrolean Diet. It is located on the left bank of the Adige river, in a hilly area, in a campus that covers 14 hectares in the municipality San Michele all’Adige, province of Trento.
