Art, Landscape and Berry Production in Trentino
The social trip will take participants to the Valsugana Valley, in eastern Trentino, a region where agriculture, natural landscapes and local communities have developed in close connection. The programme will combine cultural and technical activities, offering an opportunity to discover different aspects of the region while highlighting topics related to the conference.
Morning – Arte Sella
The morning will be dedicated to a visit to Arte Sella, an open-air exhibition of contemporary art located in Val di Sella. The exhibition features works created in close relationship with the surrounding natural environment, offering an opportunity to explore the interaction between art and landscape through a guided walk.

Afternoon – Sant'Orsola Cooperative
The afternoon will be dedicated to a visit to the Sant'Orsola Cooperative, including a short presentation on the challenges posed by invasive alien species in berry production and the role of exotic biological control agents (EBCAs) in integrated pest management, followed by a tour of the cooperative's processing and packing facilities.
