2. Modify the Design

Do not combine it with another logo to create a new mark.
Do not place graphics over the logo.
3. Use Without Permission
Do not use the logo before written approval.
Do not use after sponsorship term has ended.
Do not use outside the agreed deliverables.
Do not sublicense or share logo files with third parties.
4. Place in Inappropriate Context
Do not use in connection with:
Illegal activity
Offensive or inappropriate content
Political endorsements (unless approved)
Competing products or brands
Misleading promotions
5. Misrepresent the Relationship
Do not imply ownership, partnership, or endorsement beyond agreed terms.
Do not state “Official Partner” unless contractually defined.
Do not imply product guarantees or claims not approved.
6. Use in Merchandise Without Approval
No resale of logo merchandise unless licensed.
