In an online school, the monitoring of student progress and completion happens at desks far from our classrooms and with parents and families serving a key role to coach our students to success. In an effort to help make sure you have all you need to support your student as a successful Firebird, please use this site and its resources as a guide to answer questions along the way. 

Remember, you should always refer back to your student's Homeroom teacher when a conversation with FVHS staff might support you best--we are always a call or text away!

What is a Learning Coach?

The Learning Coach is the parent or guardian who is guiding the student through their completion of the school year. While the teaching and instruction takes place with the teacher, the coaching to success is guided by this trusted Learning Coach.
