Regarding Graduation Requirements
1. How do I find my Academic History Information?
To review your academic history:
Log into your Focus Student Portal
On the main page, click on Grad Reqs on the menu to the left of your screen
Credits earned and Grade Point Average will be located at the top left of the report
There are 4 columns for students to review on this page: Requirements, Credits required to graduate, Credits remaining to be taken, and Currently enrolled credits.
To view coursework counting towards the Requirements column, hover over the Credits remaining to be taken column
Any coursework with a green check is a completed graduation category
Any coursework with a green check and an hourglass shows that the requirement will be met when the student passes the current coursework for the semester
Any coursework with a number indicates how many credits are left to be completed for the graduation category/requirement
Please hover over the number in the Credits remaining to be taken column to determine coursework that counts for the requirement. Students should also review this box, paying special attention to the Enrolled section. The Enrolled section lists coursework for the semester that counts towards that requirement.
