FOCUS

This is where you will go first to log into school each day. In the FOCUS portal, you will be able to update your contact information, such as your address, phone number, email address, and who is permitted to give and receive information about student progress, grades, etc. You will also be able to view report cards, testing information, and school-wide information, such as announcements, calendars, and upcoming events.

Username and Password

• The student account and parent/guardian account are separate. You will have separate usernames and passwords. You must be logged into the proper account and use the appropriate login credentials to access the information meant for that user.

• For the parent/guardian account, the username will be the email address that was used when you registered your child.

• For the student account, the username was sent in an email from the FLVS Enrollment Department that contained information about setting up your account. 

Update address and/or phone number in the respective areas.

Click "Save" in the bottom right corner

Note: After you submit an address change, be on the lookout for an email from an FLVS enrollment technician requesting proof of residency. 

In order for the address change to take effect, proof of residency must be submitted. 

Add a Contact Person to your account

• If you would like another person to your account, this can be completed in the "Child Info" area and going to the Address & Contacts tab. 

• Click on the blue "New Contact" button.
