Clearing Browser Cache

Firefox

1. In the Tools or History menu, select Clear Recent History.

   • If the menu bar is hidden, press the Alt button on your keyboard to make it visible.

2. In the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range

   • If you want to clear your entire cache, select Everything

3. Select the down arrow next to Details to choose which elements of the history to clear

4. Select Clear Now.

Internet Explorer 11

1. In the Tools menu, select Delete Browsing History...

   • If the menu bar is hidden, press the Alt button on your keyboard to make it visible.

2. Unselect Preserve Favorites website data

3. Select the following:

   • Temporary Internet files and website files,

   • Cookies and website data

   • History

4. Click Delete

Edge

1. 1. Select the ... icon in the top right corner of the browser window to get to the settings menu.

   2. In the settings menu, towards the bottom, click on Choose what to clear.

   3. Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files. After the two are marked click on clear.

Chrome

1. In the browser bar, enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

2. To clear the data, select the 3 items: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.

3. From the Time range drop-down menu, choose All Time.

4. Select Clear data.

5. Close and reopen the browser.

Safari

1. In the History menu, select Clear History...

2. Select Clear on the Are you sure you want to clear history? popup window

Mobile Safari for iPhone OS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)

To clear cache and cookies:

1. On the home screen, select Settings

2. Select Safari

3. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, select Clear cookies and data, or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.

4. Confirm when prompted.

To clear history:

1. On the home screen, select Safari.

2. At the bottom of the screen, select the Bookmarks icon.

3. In the lower left, select Clear.

4. Select Clear History.

Android

1. Start your browser.

2. Select Menu

3. Select More.

4. Select Settings

5. Under "Privacy settings", select Clear cache, Clear history, or Clear all cookie data as appropriate

6. Select OK to accept (or Cancel to cancel) the deletion
