About Mrs. Jackson

I grew up in Cave Spring  and Rome, Georgia..  I graduated from East Rome High School and attended Shorter College for one year. After attending Shorter College I continued my education at Georgia Northwestern Technical College, receiving a Clerical Certification. I was the Director of Pilgrimage Presbyterian After School Program and I operated a Daycare in my home. I became a certified Paraprofessional and worked in the Gwinnett County School System for 10 years. I moved back to Rome, in  2016 and obtained a position with Floyd County Schools. 

I married my husband Craig in 2019 and we have 4 adult children. We enjoy trips to the mountains, hiking and biking. We attend Westminster Presbyterian Church.

I am very excited to begin my 4th year with the tribe at Armuchee High School and in Mrs. Poole’s classroom. This school year will be a new adventure meeting our students and getting to know you.
