Teaching Philosophy:
Constructivism is a student centered philosophy that emphasizes hands-on learning and students actively participating in lessons. Constructivists believe that students should be able to discover lessons on their own through hands-on activity because it is the most effective way of learning and is considered true learning.
Every student needs to be in a classroom setting where they may learn in various ways, in my opinion. Since every student will learn differently, I am aware that I must establish a relationship with them in order to assist them in identifying the learning style that suits them the best. To reach their maximum potential, some students may require more difficult material, more visual aids, or more hands-on instruction than others.
Additionally, I think that in an engaging setting, students actually learn. It's crucial to have such visual aids or hands-on activities where kids can participate, enjoy themselves, and learn at the same time. There are alternative test-taking methods. If children are anxious about exams, I may attempt a game where I can measure their understanding of the material. Students will probably stop attending school if we don't have that in the classroom, and as a teacher, I don't want that to happen. I aspire to be that progressive educator who empowers students to take charge of their education and engages them in enjoyable learning activities.
