If your child suffers an injury outside of school, please notify the School Nurse as soon as possible. The Physical Education Exemption Form is required to keep a child from participating in gym, using the elevator, and wearing any type of brace or cast. If a child is excused from gym, during recess they will go to the main office. We ask that they bring a book or work to do. The child will return to gym and recess ONLY WITH WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE DOCTOR. Any questions please contact the nurse’s office.
