New York

Have you heard? You can get a free college education in New York. Some restrictions apply, and one of them is being a New York resident. It sounds like it is a fairly easy process; you basically have to ask for residency from the college of your choice through an application process. Brown University

Brown University offers need-blind admission, meaning that students are accepted regardless of their financial status, and students found to have financial need will receive loan-free tuition adjustments.

"Having achieved an initial fundraising milestone, the University will replace loans with scholarship funds in financial aid awards, building on need-blind admissions and other initiatives to make a Brown education more accessible."

Texas A&M University

The Brockman Scholars Foundation invites applications for a merit-based full scholarship that covers five years of study on the College Station campus of Texas A&M University.
