HI SENIORS!
It’s Graduation time and some of you will need to request final transcripts after the graduation date has been applied. REMINDER: All transcript requests that are received after May 1, 2025, will be held until May 29th, 2025, when the grades are finalized and the graduation date is applied. Select one of the two options below for the request:
Option 1 - In FOCUS, go to the College Admissions Tab and complete the SENIOR questions under the Final Transcripts for Seniors section.
Please remember to include the address for any Private or Out of State Universities.
The final date to make changes to this request form in FOCUS will be July 5, 2025.
Option 2 – Complete a Transcript Request form with all the required information (including a signature) and submit per the directions at the top of the form. **Please confirm that you have the correct address for the admission office of the college that you are submitting too.
