Medication Administration

Written authorization from a health care provider licensed in the State of California is required for students needing assistance with prescription and/or over-the-counter medications during school. (Ed Code 49423). Please contact your School Nurse at your student's school with any questions.

Notifications will be sent to parents/guardians before the end of the school year to pick up your student's medication from the School Health Office prior to the last day of school. Medications not picked up will be discarded.
