The FJUHSD School Nurses (RN) and Site LVNs are available to help assist your child with diabetes. Prior to the start of each school year, and as updated, parents will need to provide a current Diabetes Management Plan orders from your child's endocrinologist. This plan will be evaluated by the School Nurse whereby an Individualized School Health Plan will be developed and shared with pertinent staff members at school.
