Who We Are
The Buena Park Conert & Symphonic Bands are the centerpiece and the foundation of the Buena Park Band program. The concert bands develops musical skills and artistry through performance of diverse repertoire. These ensembles provide students with opportunities for personal growth and creative expression.

Ensembles
The Buena Park Concert Band Program is made up of two separate ensembles. The different levels provide students the opportunity to grow and develop their own individual skills, as we’ll as the skills of the full ensemble.
Symphonic Band: This will be the upper level Concert Band at Buena Park High School. This band performs upper level music and competes in SCSBOA Festivals throughout the school year.

Concert Band: This is the general level Concert Band at Buena Park High School. This band is open to all students, both continuing musicians or new musicians who are want to start/continue playing in an ensemble. The band emphasizes building foundational musical skills and fostering ensemble playing for all participants.
