Motor Skills Development:
Practice locomotor movement patterns like walking, running, skipping, hopping, galloping, and leaping.
Practice jumping skills with different heights and landing techniques.
Developing balance and coordination through activities like balancing on beams or crossing the midline exercises.
Practice proper throwing and catching techniques.
Fitness Concepts:
Understand the importance of warming up and cooling down.
Identify different components of fitness like cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength.
Engage in activities that promote overall fitness.
Social and Cooperative Skills:
Practice quality sportsmanship by respecting rules, opponents, and teammates.
Take turns and share equipment.
Work with others to achieve goals in team activities.
Show positive attitudes towards winning and losing.
Safety and Awareness:
Follow safety rules during activities, including proper use of equipment.
Recognize potential hazards and taking appropriate actions.
