Before the Assessment

1. Have your device fully charged or plugged in. 

   • Devices accepted are: PC, MacBook, iPad, Tablet, 5 Keys or personal Chromebook

   • Devices not accepted: Cell phones

2. Download and join Zoom

   • Join Zoom on another device if are testing on a 5 Keys Chromebook.

3. Camera check  

   • Cameras must be on with no Virtual Background

   • Must be dressed

4. Speakers/microphones on 

   • Dial-in by phone is available

5. Take computer out of Windows 10 Safe Mode.
