A restaurant training experience that empowers the workforce to become culinary entrepreneurs.
To create a transformative restaurant experience that not only serves delicious food but also empowers culinary professionals to become brand creators, innovators, and eventual restaurant owners.

Once approved by the Executive Chef/GM, the item is branded with the staff member’s name (e.g., “Maria’s Caribbean Fried Cauliflower”).
Items rotate quarterly or seasonally.
Staff earn 5–10% commission per unit sold (depending on cost and category).
3. Brand Showcases
Each quarter, one team member is selected to host a pop-up under their developing brand name inside the restaurant.
Marketing support is provided by CCC’s in-house team.
Pop-ups are open to the public and serve as a testbed for staff-led concepts.
4. Revenue Streams

Merchandise: Staff-branded sauces, spice blends, or signature items sold in-store and online.
