Draw a Picture: What does peace look like and feel like for you? Can you draw a picture of how you see and feel peace?
Meditation:
Try some meditation.
Here is one from Kidding Around Yoga:
Sit down with your legs crossed. Rest your hands, palms up, on your knees. Close your eyes.
Breath in slowly through your nose. Breath out slowly through your mouth.
Again, breath in slowly through your nose and out slowly through your mouth.
As you continue your breathing, touch your first finger to your thumb and think the word: Peace.
Now, touch your second finger to your thumb and think the word: Begins.
Touch your third finger to your thumb and think the word: With
Touch your pinky with your thumb and think the work: Me
Lets do that again as we continue to breath:
Peace Begins With Me (Pause) Peace Begins With Me (Pause) Peace Begins With Me (Pause).
Breath in slowly and then slowly breath out. Open your eyes when you are ready .
