Little Shop of Horrors

Friday, March 15th to Sunday, March 17th, 2024

Directed by Zach Jung & Ariel McCoy

In this gleefully gruesome musical, Seymour Krelborn–a meek, naive assistant to Mr. Mushnik at a floral shop in Skid Row–spends his days completing menial tasks while being berated by the shop owner and crushing on his beautiful co-worker, Audrey. One day, just after an eclipse of the sun, Seymour discovers a strange and unusual plant, which he affectionately names Audrey II. Displaying his newest purchase in the shop’s window suddenly attracts customers, allowing Seymour’s craving for fame and fortune to seduce him into doing whatever it takes to keep Audrey II alive, which includes pleasing its rather unique appetite for human blood! Similar to Seymour, Audrey has dreams of her own, but ones that involve a simple, loving future, which seems unattainable with her egotistical and abusive dentist boyfriend, Orin Scrivello. As Audrey II’s ever-demanding threats evolve, Seymour is emotionally-driven by his desire to protect Audrey and kills Orion before feeding him to the plant to quench its ravenous thirst. Mr. Mushnik soon pieces together clues about the strange happenings within his shop and the plot thickens…will Audrey II successfully reach its plans of global-domination, or will Seymour and Audrey rise against this extraterrestrial being and save the world?!?

The Addams Family

Friday, March 10th to Sunday, March 12th, 2023

Directed by Zach Jung & Ariel McCoy

Based on Charles Addams’ original cartoons, The Addams Family comes to life on the Broadway stage as the charmingly creepy clan faces a new nightmare! Daughter Wednesday Addams—known for her devotion to darkness—has fallen in love with a sweet, young man from a seemingly respectable and ordinary family—the Beinekes. As their love deepens and marriage looms, Wednesday entangles her father, Gomez, in a web of secrets he and the Addams Ancestors work to keep from Morticia. Meanwhile, Grandma and Pugsley scheme, and Uncle Fester experiences a love of his own. Everything soon changes one fateful night as the Addams and Beinekes come together for a “normal” dinner where madness and chaos ensues forcing the two households to unite in ways they never would have imagined. This wickedly hilarious and relevant musical proves that though the unknown may be frightening, a move towards darkness can sometimes lead to love & acceptance for all!
