Findlay First Edition

Starting this year, FFE will run as a 9-12 grade show choir. Graduating 8th graders (incoming 9th graders for 2026-2027) will be permitted to audition for FFE Monday - Wednesday, May 18-20. Please see complete instructions below.

There is an informational meeting Wednesday, May 13, 5-6pm at FHS R. L. Heminger Auditorium for students and parents interested in learning more about our show choir programs: Electric Youth, VIP, and FFE. Audition information and sign-up sheet will be available at that meeting.

If you are interested in auditioning to be a part of Findlay First Edition, please complete the following steps.

FFE Application: All students wanting to be a part of the FFE 2026-2027 season (Singer/Dancer, Boingers, Crew), please fill out the online application.

Singer/Dancer Applicants:

Vocal Audition: Monday, May 18 & Tuesday, May 19 (see audition music below)
Dance Auditions: Tuesday, May 19, 6:30-9:30pm (see instructional video below to work on the dance prior to the audition)
Sign-up for a vocal audition slot (outside the choir office)
Audition packets with audition music to learn on your own are located outside the choral office
Call-back Auditions (if needed): Wednesday, May 20, 3:00-6:00pm
Wear clothing that you can move in (t-shirts, gym shorts, leggings, tennis shoes, etc)
