Responsibilities of Officers

What is the role of each officer?

The President runs and schedules meetings, does behind the scenes work in securing advertisements and spaces for events, serves as the leader for the officers, communicates to the rest of the organization.

The Vice President is the second hand to the president, and also participates in behind the scenes work in securing advertisements and spaces for events.

The Secretary records meeting minutes.

The Treasurer is in charge of dues and any other monetary responsibilities .

The Historian attends and documents events.
