HMRC have an app where your employees and new recruits can view their last 5 year employment and income history. They can then share this with you which will help them into their new role sooner.
Previously the new recruit would have to phone HMRC and request the information be posted to them, which can take up to 15 days. This can significantly slow down the recruitment process.
Now they can access all that information on the HMRC app or online instantly. This can be downloaded and sent to you as a digital version.
