Helen started Figures 4u Limited over 20 years ago, having already worked in accountancy for 19 years previously, many years of which were as a self-employed accountant. Figures 4u now has a team of three, including Zoe and Fi.

We tailor our services to the needs of each individual client and work for a variety of companies. Our client list includes several owner managed companies, as well as small companies with employees. Because our services are remote, our clients are located both locally and across the country. We welcome enquiries from new clients.

Figures 4u Ltd is licensed and regulated by the AAT to engage in public practice. A key focus for us is constantly monitoring working practices—for clients and for ourselves—to make necessary improvements in cost-effectiveness and efficiency and to stay aware of software developments that simplify processes. We are recognised as a partner for Xero accounting software and also work with VT Software. We have recently adopted LimeBooks, a more reasonably priced cloud software for self-employed people and micro businesses. In particular we expect this software to be popular for clients captured by Making Tax Digital.

We are passionate about providing a proactive and regular service to clients, enabling them to focus on the rest of the business while we handle the accounting functions. We work with clients to remain compliant with the many different taxes involved in running a business. Over the years it has been a real joy to work closely with embryonic companies and help them grow into well-established businesses.
