Who we are

Helen has nearly 40 years experience in the accounting field and is a Fellow Member of the AAT. She worked for Apparelmaster in Letchworth and passed her level IV AAT qualification in 1991, becoming one of the early members of the AAT. She started out using Sage accounting and then progressed onto VT and  Xero. Helen has attended training days with the AAT and other organisations at least twice a year since then, including AML training, MTD training and covering many other developments in the business and tax world. 

Zoe and Fi have recently joined Figures4u and Helen really appreciates the skills they are bringing to the company.  Helen brings leadership skills, strategic management, customer relations, network of contacts, experience and knowledge to the team.

Helen enjoys gardening and walking at the seaside, venturing off to the coast exploring with her dog, when there is time!

Zoe joined Figures4U in March 2021. Prior to this Zoe, worked as an accountant in industry at Triumph Motorcycles UK headquarters. She is a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), having gained her Professional Diploma in Accounting in 2019. She has also completed the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, is Xero advisor certified and has a diploma in payroll. Since joining Figures4U Zoe has acquired further experience and skills working with a wide range of small businesses, charities and individuals.

She brings organisational skills, spreadsheet experience, technical and systems knowledge to the team.

In her free time Zoe can be found curled up with a book, baking and exploring with her dog

Fi joined Figures4U in February 2023, after working in education for over 10 years. She has an A level in Accountancy, is Xero advisor certified and has a diploma in payroll. In her previous job she built a database from scratch using extensive spreadsheet knowledge. She will be seeking further qualifications in the future. 

She brings computer skills, spreadsheet experience, systems knowledge and out of the box thinking to the team! 

Fi enjoys watching ice hockey, going on long bike rides and gaming in her spare time.
