Graduation Requirements
Four-Year College Admission Requirements
Students who would like to attend a public college must meet certain minimum standards. Verify requirements for public and private universities and programs with your desired college. The following are required to apply online for admission at four-year public colleges:
College Academic Distribution Requirements (CADRs), which include specific courses students must take during high school (see below).
2.0 Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) during high school, out of a 4.0 scale.
Official SAT/ACT scores. Students can take an official college entrance exam, such as the SAT or ACT, and have their scores sent directly to the college. All Washington colleges are test-optional, meaning that the tests are not required as part of the admissions process. Please check your specific college to determine SAT or ACT testing needs.
