2024-2025 Achievements

2025 PUGET SOUND WINTER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

The Puget Sound Winter Leadership Conference took place on February 1, 2025, at Pacific Lutheran University, in Tacoma, Washington. Throughout the conference, 49 members participated in competitive events with 47 placing top-six and qualified for the State Business Leadership Conference. The conference was held at Pacific Lutheran University, and the FHS FBLA Chapter Members were able to network with other students and members from other schools in the Puget Sound Region. JA Stock Market Challenge and JA Titan Business Challenge were the two workshops at the Winter Leadership Conference.

2025 WASHINGTON STATE BUSINESS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

From April 23 - April 26, 2025, the State Leadership Conference (SBLC) was in Bellevue, Washington. Members had the opportunity to attend, compete and listen to a multitude of workshops, compete, build connections, and watch other competitors present, all to enhance their leadership skills. FHS FBLA had 42 members compete, and 34 earned 22 Top Ten awards. 24 members advanced to the FBLA National Leadership Conference to represent the Washington State in 14 FBLA competitive events. Fife FBLA was awarded Gold Seal Chapter. Mrs. Ramos got nominated for the FBLA advisor Wall of Fame. Nathan Chang was elected Puget Sound Vice President, and Chloe Lee was elected Washington State PRO.

2025 National Leadership Conference

From June 29 - July 2, 2025, the National Leadership Conference (NLC) was in Anahiem, California. Members had an amazing experience, they competed in 14 different types of events, attended multiple workshops, built connection with members across the nation. Fife FBLA had 24 members competed, and 5 teams earned Top Ten awards. Our growing strong team was awarded a $1000 Lead4Change grant to support leadership and service project.
