The American Dream Trial was based on the idea that the American Dream is either dead or alive. Instead of innocent or guilty like a normal trial, it was dead or alive. I was on the alive team so our goal was to prove that the American Dream is alive. We had to research people who would act as our wittnesses to explain that the dream is alive. We were each given a role that we would play in the trial. I was direct lawyer so my job was to work with my wittness (John Paul Dejoria) and research his backround story to find evidence on why he would argue that the dream is alive. After we gathered our evidence we would make and rehearse a script that we would perform infront of our peers at the courthouse.
