MEMBERSHIP - "Connect with Lake/Central"  

1. Send in request to be added to our email distribution list:  Carin LeRoy

2. The teacher must be a member of a Senior Club or pay Individual dues.

3. NEW Teachers - Best if your senior & junior dues are paid by October 1.

4. The student(s) must belong to a "Junior Club" (see #5) or join as an Individual: ME 1-1.

5. $50 dues for up to 16 students - to FFMC: click here.

6. RENEW Junior club by October 1 to avoid $25 late fee.

7. Request your password - email Balina Smith, Vivace admin

6. All festival registrations must be completed by December 1.

SCHEDULING :  9 to 5 on Sat and 1 to 5 on Sun

Saturday or Sunday Preference? 

• Please say "Saturday" or "Sunday", rather than 1/25 or 1/26.  

•     May use abbreviations like Sat or Sun - or Sat AM or Sat PM or Sun PM

• PLEASE:   Do not enter information in the "Unavailable" box!!!!
  
  Siblings

To speed up the process for scheduling students for festival day, teachers should indicate siblings and time requests in a systematic manner so that it is clear for those scheduling hundreds of students.   

• List the family name in all caps, e.g. JOHNSON

• Then put a colon and list all the siblings who will compete in the festival (e.g. JOHNSON: Donald, Lucy, Sam, Sue).

• For EACH sibling, place  "JOHNSON: Donald, Lucy, Sam, Sue"  in the comment/request box of each sibling being registered.

• When you do that the schedulers can do a search for those family members with multiple events. That will help sort and filter in order to schedule siblings as close as possible.
