To clock in, agents will login to their Paycom account and immediately see the home page which includes a bar at the top with all available information. Agents will then hover over the âTime Managementâ option and select âWorld Time Clock CSTâ.
Once this is selected, agents will see a screen with a button that says âIn dayâ or âOut Dayâ agents will select the relevant option and are good to go.Â

Next to the Time Clock area, you will see âRecent Punchesâ, click the pencil next to the time that needs to be edited and submit your request. Please look at the images below
Time off requests should be placed in advance via Paycom and agents must use their PTO.  Â
For call-offs, agents should get their shift covered via the WhatsApp team chat where agents may ask fellow employees to cover or swap shifts.
For emergencies, agents need to let leadership know 2 hours in advance and provide the reason.
