Exposure: All communication with Delivery Partners through Gladly is highly exposed and discoverable.
Separation: Delivery Partners and W2s must be totally distinct. The way we speak to DPs should be clearly different from the way we speak to W2 employees.

Can Control: Delivery Cadence: Anything in the app that is necessary to complete deliveries
Contract: Anything mentioned in the contract and Delivery Partner violations.
Can’t Control:
Order of operations, arrival before block, training, anything outside of Fetch DP violations.
Do not direct DPs to reach out to WH staff, always clarify ONSITE
Remain friendly and suggestive
Use "we" language
Adhere to language do's and don't
Always flag WH staff contacting DP's directly

WH should follow standard policies.
Canceling on a first-come-first-serve basis, offering pay for pick-ups (fobs), not using language such as "stand-by".
