For students who currently have an intervention plan in place:
1. Be sure you have implemented the plan with fidelity and are using goals created in Branching Minds and entering progress monitoring data on time.
2. Be prepared to discuss the students strengths and weaknesses, as well as supporting documents such as work samples and progress monitoring samples.
3. We will be making a decision as to whether or not we will continue/revise the student's intervention plan, dismiss from CIT or intensify the intervention.Â
For students not yet identified as needing intervention for which you have concerns:
1. Be sure you have followed the steps outlined in Tier 1 - Steps for Classroom Teachers
2. Be prepared to discuss the following:
targeted interventions/differentiation you have been working on in class and how the student is progressing (bring your data/documentation)
What information/suggestions you received from your PLC group and whether or not it was effective (bring your data/documentation)
