These teams are composed of grade-level content area teachers with an assigned Campus Leadership Team (CLT) member. Teachers have a scheduled time each week to meet as small teams, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Together they analyze data, address gaps in learning, plan for instruction, identify struggling learners, and design interventions for Tier I support to increase success. Based on progress monitoring data, teacher teams submit students in need of more intensive levels of intervention support to the Campus Intervention Team.
