Tender Procedures

You can display a list of current contracts by clicking on Tender Procedures.

• • You can search tender procedures based on entered criteria.

  • You can sort displayed tender procedures based on entered criteria.

  • You can view a selected tender procedure in detail.

  • You can view a selected tender procedure in its source system.

  • You can specify the number of tender procedures displayed on the page.

The FEN platform supports the 'open data' philosophy. Therefore, the open data in the system's data repository is easily accessible to all users in a structured and complete format. For further information related to open data, please click here.

Tender Procedures Search

The system offers a basic search by title and / or description of a tender procedure, and an advanced search that allows you to enter other tender procedure details into the search filter, e.g. contracting authority details, date-related data, economic data or the tender procedure status. You can enter tender procedure details separately or in combination.

To search for a tender procedure or a group of tender procedures, follow these steps:

1. On the Tender Procedures page, select BASIC SEARCH or ADVANCED SEARCH.

2. Enter tender procedure search parameters into the form.

3. (Optional) Enter sorting parameters for the displayed list of tender procedures, e.g. by date of publishing, in descending order.

4. Click SEARCH.

• • • The system displays a list of tender procedures matching the search parameters entered.

    • If you entered sorting parameters, the system displays a list of tender procedures sorted based on the entered sorting parameters.

• • • You can clear all entered tender procedure data in the form by clicking RESET (advanced search) or the X button (basic search).

    • If you have not entered any tender procedure search data, the system display all tender procedures.

    • After clicking on the corresponding row of the list, the system displays the detail of the selected tender procedure.

Tender Procedure Detail

In the tender procedure detail, the system displays information about a tender procedure - basic information in the Basic Information section and additional information in the Other Information section, and also tender procedure documents.

If you would like to look at the documents related to the tender procedure, click on DOCUMENTS.

Viewing a Tender Procedure in the Source System

The VIEW TENDER PROCEDURE IN SOURCE SYSTEM button allows you to view a tender procedure directly in the source system.
