After logging in, a user with administrator privileges in the organizational structure can modify this organizational structure, same as the users who participate in it.
Users who do not have administrator privileges in the organizational structure, or who only have administrator privileges in the organizational units of the structure, can only modify selected attributes that relate exclusively to their user accounts and affected organizational units.
These operations are performed in the menu, which is available after a successful user login to the system.
In an organizational structure, a user can have the following user privilege (roles):
Administrátor - the highest privilege, allowing the user to modify the organizational structure, users and their permissions.
Pozorovatel - a privilege to view individual tender procedures without possibility of any modification (a role suitable for supervisory authorities and auditors).
Účastník zakázky - a privilege of the contractor's user to submit a tender in electronic form to a launched tender procedure.
For information on how to create a user, please refer here.
The page displays basic information about the user account of:
logged in user - when the page is accessed by the user from the menu available upon their successful login to the system,
selected user - when the page is accessed by an administrator from the Contractor Detail page or the Organizational Unit Detail page.
After clicking CHANGE PASSWORD, the system sends the user to the e-mail address associated with the user account a message with a link to change the password.
After clicking MODIFY, the system displays a page with detailed information about the user account of the selected user.
The required information needs to be entered (marked with an asterisk (*) in the form).
Depending on the logged-in user's roles in the organizational structure, some parts of the form can be inaccessible for modification, e.g. Status.
Depending on the logged-in user's roles in the organizational structure, there may be limited or totally inaccessible granting and revoking of permissions that determine what functionalities are available to the user in the organizational structure (the Roles section).
! If the administrator sets the user Status to Forbidden or Deleted, the system disables the user account and the user can no longer log in. If the status is set to Forbidden, it is possible to change it back to Enabled later, if the user is Deleted, this is no longer possible.
When you click SAVE, the system saves the changes.

Only the system developer's administrator can modify certain contractor attributes. Therefore, in the form, these attributes such as Legal Form or Status, are inaccessible for modification to users with administrator privileges for the contractor.
When you click SAVE, the system saves the changes.
On the Contractor Details page, the system displays to users with administrator privileges also the Users section and the Organizational Units section, where they can add users and organizational units (the CREATE button) and manage them.
! Each organizational unit must have a unique name in the organizational structure.
! The name of the organizational unit cannot be the same as the name of the contractor.
! Each user must have a unique login in the organizational structure.
After clicking on the corresponding row in the list, the system displays the detail of an existing user or organizational unit. After clicking MODIFY, the administrator can modify the entered user or organizational unit details.

! If the administrator sets the organizational unit Status to Deleted, after saving changes, the system will not display this unit in the organizational structure. Only the system developer's administrator can change the status of an organizational unit that is currently marked as deleted.
You can modify an organizational unit in a similar way like a contractor or user. That is, after clicking MODIFY, the system displays a page with detailed information about the organizational unit, which can be modified.
