Feeding Britain runs a 6 monthly survey for members of Affordable Food Clubs in the Feeding Britain network. This survey focuses on the health and wellbeing impacts of affordable food provision, as well as financial savings and access to wraparound support.
Members are offered £5 each when they take part in the survey, in recognition of their time, and this incentive is funded by Feeding Britain.
Participating Affordable Food Clubs receive the anonymised data from their members, alongisde analysis of this data, allowing them to evaluate their impact. Many organisations now use this for their annual evaluation and monitoring. You can see examples of the information returned to each organisation and information about participating in the survey below.

Feeding Liverpool - Food Activity Monitoring Tools
The food activity monitoring tools are designed to be completed each week by a volunteer or a member of staff immediately after your session. They provide space for you to capture the number of people you have supported and their age groups as well as note any feedback or reflections you or your team have after the session.

Plinth offers a free database system for the voluntary sector. This can be used to record service users and membership records for affordable food projects.
