Application Process

The application packet consists of the application, recommendation form, candidate assurance form and copy of current Georgia teaching certificate:

1. Endorsement Application

2. Recommendation Form

3. Candidate Assurance Form

4. Provide copy of current Georgia teaching certificate

Your application packet will be reviewed and you will receive an email indicating your enrollment status and course details.
