College Applications: you will be given an unofficial transcript (hard copy) with your schedule by the end of the first week of classes to use while filling out your college applications. If you misplaced it order an electronic copy to be sent to your email via Parchment.
Scholarships: Transcript requests for scholarship applications are made through Parchment.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Applying to a UC or CSU- DO NOT send a transcript unless requested by the college. This usually does not happen during the admissions process but if it does, it will be AFTER the application is due. An official transcript can be sent directly to the school by completing the transcript request form on the counseling webpage. Be sure to allow for the 24 hour processing time.
Once you have committed to a school, a FINAL transcript with proof of graduation will need to be sent. This request is made by completing the Senior Survey in which is due May 1.
Using Common Application-Your counselor will upload your official transcript directly. You DO NOT need to request a transcript.
SendEDU-Request your transcript be sent using Parchment.
Applying to a private or out of state school that DOES NOT use the Common Application/SendEDU:
A transcript could be required. Consult the specific school website to confirm. An official transcript can be sent directly to the school by using Parchment.
