Tuition Reimbursement
Licensed Staff: Single College Credit Class
This program offers up to $1000 to a full time currently employed staff member for a class taken for college credit to renew their teaching license. Current full time employees who meet the requirements for this reimbursement and submit the necessary documentation will be eligible for the reimbursement. This is a one-time reimbursement during a license renewal period.
To apply, you will need to fill out the Online Tuition Reimbursement Form (click on the blue button below) on or before the following cut-off dates:
Fall 2023 class: submit form by October 16, 2023
Spring 2024 class: submit form by March 4, 2024
Summer 2024 class: submit form by May 13, 2024 (Note: This deadline is for classes ending on or before June 30, 2024. For classes ending after June 30, 2024, employees should fill out the 2024-2025 online tuition reimbursement form which will be available on July 1, 2024.)

Licensed Staff: Advanced Degree/Certification/Endorsement Tuition Reimbursement
This program offers two options for Advanced Degree/Certification/Endorsement:
3 Classes - $1000/Class
OR
4 Classes - $750/Class
If you are currently a full time employee eligible for Advanced Degree/ Certification/ Endorsement Tuition Reimbursement and would like to participate in the program, you must:
Submit a Memorandum of Agreement to the Supervisor of Professional Learning and Federal Programs.
Complete an online Tuition Reimbursement Form (click on the red button below) for EACH class in which you are requesting reimbursement.
You will need to fill out the Online Tuition Reimbursement Form on or before the following cut-off dates:
Fall 2023 class: submit form by October 16, 2023
Spring 2024 class: submit form by March 4, 2024

Provisionally Licensed Staff: Advanced Degree/Certification/Endorsement Tuition Reimbursement
Provisionally Licensed staff members seeking an advanced degree as a licensed teacher or licensed counselor are eligible for their tuition cost to be reimbursed.
