Classified Staff Tuition Reimbursement
Classified Staff -- Four year Degree In Licensed Educational Field
This program offers full tuition reimbursement during the school year for current full time employed classified staff pursuing an Advanced Degree that results in a Virginia Teaching License or Virginia School Counseling License who meet the requirements for this reimbursement and who submit the necessary documentation.
If you are eligible to participate in the Classified Staff - Four year Degree In Licensed Educational Field Tuition Reimbursement Program, and you would like to participate in the program, please:
Submit a Memorandum of Agreement to the Supervisor of Professional Learning and Federal Programs.
Complete an online Tuition Reimbursement Form (click on the purple button below) for EACH class in which you are requesting reimbursement.
You will need to fill out the Online Tuition Reimbursement Form on or before the following cut-off dates:
Fall 2023 class: submit form by October 16, 2023
Spring 2024 class: submit form by March 4, 2024
Summer 2024 class: submit form by May 13, 2024 (Note: This deadline is for classes ending on or before June 30, 2024. For classes ending after June 30, 2024, employees should fill out the 2024-2025 online tuition reimbursement form which will be available on July 1, 2024.)

Classified Staff -- Four Year Degree
This program offers up to $1000 per college class for up to three classes ($3,000) taken during the school year for current full time employed classified staff pursuing a four year degree in a field related to their job responsibilities who meet the requirements for this reimbursement and who submit the necessary documentation.
If you are eligible to participate in the Classified Staff - Four Year Degree Tuition Reimbursement Program, and you would like to participate in the program, please:
Submit a Memorandum of Agreement to the Supervisor of Professional Learning and Federal Programs.
Complete an online Tuition Reimbursement Form (click on the green button below) for EACH class in which you are requesting reimbursement.
You will need to fill out the Online Tuition Reimbursement Form on or before the following cut-off dates:
Fall 2023 class: submit form by October 16, 2023
Spring 2024 class: submit form by March 4, 2024

Classified Staff -- Associate's Degree or Certificate Program
This program offers up to $500 per college class for up to three classes ($1500) taken during the school year for current full time employed classified staff pursuing an Associate's Degree or Certificate Program who meet the requirements for this reimbursement and who submit the necessary documentation.
If you are eligible to participate in the Classified Staff - Associate's Degree or Certificate Tuition Reimbursement Program, and you would like to participate in the program, please:
Submit a Memorandum of Agreement to the Supervisor of Professional Learning and Federal Programs.
Complete an online Tuition Reimbursement Form (click on the purple button below) for EACH class in which you are requesting reimbursement.
