Business Outreach - Grocery Gift Cards

Description:
Contact groceries to request gift card donations to offset the cost of the Tech/Dress Meals using the Donation Request Letter from Mrs. Trawick. Collect items and gift certificates.
Online donation request to Wegmans using past year’s application.
Deliver donations to Mrs. Trawick
Saturday Build Team
Timing:
Scheduled dates in December and January
9am – 2pm
Description
Build, assemble set pieces and stage
May include supply runs to Home Depot or Lowes
May include unloading/reloading theatre trailer
Skilled woodworkers and handypersons welcome!
Please bring power tools and saw horses
MS/HS welcome to join parents if supervised
Saturday Paint Team

Stage Crew Supervisors

Description
Chaperone and work with stage crew behind the scenes, monitoring cues for sets, props, curtains, etc.
Help with larger set moves
This role does mean missing 2 performances
Cast/Crew Wall of Fame for Performance
Timing:
February - Dress Rehearsals
Description:
Work with Show Photographer to send headshots to print of cast, crew, interns, and production team.
Design a show-related background for the Cast/Crew Wall of Fame outside the Cafeteria
Install the Wall of Fame during Tech/Dress Weeks
Cover until a couple of days before the Show
Remove installation after the Show and preserve for Cast Party.
Box Office on Show Nights

The full cast read-through (our first rehearsal) will be Thursday, Sept. 4, from 3p to 5:30p!
UPCOMING FEES:
CAST will be paying a fee for scripts, makeup, and costumes, which will total $35.
Student Stage Manager will be paying a fee for their script, which will total $10.
All families will pay online via SCHOOL CASH.
Scripts will be available for principal roles, stage managers, and sound crew on Thursday, Sept. 2 at our first read through, pending payment is complete online!
SCHOOL CASH: The fees noted above will be added to School Cash for online payment beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2.
