School Counseling Office
School Counselors are available to help students and families with a variety of educational needs:
Interpersonal relationships
Social and learning skills
Graduation information
College preparation (including testing)
Student schedules
Crisis and problem situations
Coordinating with community services agencies
Orientation of new students
Information about school system programs
Maintaining student cumulative records
High school transcripts (official high school academic record)
Appointments
Students should make an appointment to speak with a school counselor.
With the Counseling Center secretary before school, after school, during lunch
(Alternate scheduling procedure here)
Counselors are also available for informal interactions in the cafeteria during lunch
Transcript Requests
Students and parents may request transcripts to be sent to legitimate agencies (colleges, scholarships, etc.)
Students under age 18 must also have a parent/guardian signature for request to be processed
Visit the Counseling Center secretary/ Registrar to make your request
Please allow one week for requests to be processed
Schedule Changes
Only allowed under special circumstances
