Ag Business/ Entrepreneurship
Through grant funding from the Maryland Agriculture Education and Rural Development Assistance Fund, in partnership with Frederick Community College, and the Career and Technology Center will be offering BGMT109 - Entrepreneurship (Dual Enrollment), BGMT140 - Intro to Ag Business (Dual Enrollment). New in 2022, we enhanced our offerings to make Ag Business an additional completer pathway.

Students will have the unique opportunity to develop business and marketing plans for an agricultural business. Some experiences include work in the apiary, cut flower production, aquaponics system and community supported agriculture vegetable production.
