Payment

To become a member of Fox Chapel Crew, athletes must register with our Club and pay financial dues.  Our dues are set each season- Winter, Spring, and Fall and we also offer summer camps.

Dues are calculated based on the number of expected athletes and races for that season and any travel needed for the races.  As a result, dues include club expenses (i.e. rent for bay at Allegheny RiverTrail Park), maintenance, equipment, coach salaries, insurance, lodging and travel for away races.

We want the crew experience to be available to as many as possible so please reach out for scholarship opportunities or contact the Treasurer to work out a confidential payment plan.  Dues are due within two weeks of each season's start date and if not paid by the two week mark or alternate arrangements made with the Treasurer, athletes will not be permitted to practice or race.  Refunds are not available two weeks after the start of any season.

Dues should be paid in full by no later than the second week of each season unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Treasure. If dues are not paid in full or an arrangement made by the end of the second week of each season, athletes will not be permitted to practice or race.

Checks should be made payable to Fox Chapel Crew, Inc. and sent to Fox Chapel Crew Treasurer at 285 River Ave, Unit 2, Pittsburgh PA 15215.  If you are interested in paying your dues online, please contact treasurer@fccrew.org for an invoice.
