2023- Maze programming challenge-   Students were asked to create a maze in which the characters moved in all 4 directions, there was a goal at the end of the maze, a bad guy would chase them, and a timer recorded score.  We discussed coordinate planes and how they are valuable in progamming.  Students had to use a variety of programming skills such as loops, conditionals, and variables to complete  the maze.  When they were done, they were tasked to make a pop up ad for it, similar to the ads they see in tablet and phone games.
