About Me

I love teaching technology!   The amount of technology that is available to students today blows my mind. 

My desire is to introduce programming to children at an early age.  I am a facilitator for Code.org and love their curriculum as well as Scratch from MIT.  

This is my seventh year teaching technology at Wellington Elementary in Lexington, Kentucky.  Prior to that, I worked eleven years for the state with the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Personnel Cabinet.  I facilitated trainings and created online training for state employees.  Before I moved to Lexington, I taught 3rd/4th grade at Goshen Elementary.
